So with the news that Crysis 2 will be set in a sandbox New York City (which is so Goddamn unique, right?), everyone and their duck seems to be talking about procedurally-generated cities.

I'm trying to read up on the topic, and I've started with Shamus Young's blog post on his procedural city project. Check out his efforts right here:
